As a wife, mother of eight, homeschooling parent, and professional organizer, I’ve learned that order is not about perfection — it’s about peace. My approach to organizing was shaped in the real, lived rhythms of managing a household of ten, where systems had to be practical, flexible, and full of grace.

I understand firsthand that life is full — full of responsibilities, full of movement, full of priorities that shift with each season. And yet, I also know the calm and freedom that comes when our spaces support us instead of overwhelm us.

The Heart Behind What I Do

My very first client wasn’t struggling with clutter — she was grieving.
Her husband had passed, and his office had remained untouched for years. She didn’t need someone to “come in and clear things out.” She needed someone to give her permission to go slowly — to honor memories, to feel what was still tender, and to keep what still mattered.

Together, we walked through each item in her husband’s office — not in a rush, not to get rid of everything, but to understand what each piece represented. Some things were released. Some were kept. Some were simply held for a moment so she could exhale.

That experience changed me.
It taught me that organizing is not about forcing systems or throwing things away. It is about honoring the stories that objects carry, and releasing them when the heart is ready.

This became the foundation of how I work with every client today:
with patience, dignity, gentleness, and respect for what matters to you.

I believe a home should feel like peace — not pressure.
And that you should never have to let go of something important before you are ready.

That experience stayed with me. It reshaped the way I understand "home" - not as a place to control, but as a place to be held.

Restoring Peace After Loss

When life changes without warning, order becomes a form of grace.

In May of 2019, my family experienced a house fire. It was overwhelming — the smoke, the damage, the rushed decisions, the flood of information. I learned we would need to create a detailed contents list of everything we lost in order to submit for insurance reimbursement. I had no idea where to begin.

I asked my friend, Chanin King, if she would be willing to help. She took a day to think and pray, and then said yes — even though others suggested the job was too big. She came prepared every day with boots, gloves, masks, headgear — and sometimes her own family members to help.

She went item-by-item through our home, even though it had been closed up for months. Some things were salvageable. Many were soaked, molded, or damaged beyond recognition. Still, she handled every item with care and respect.

Through prayer, research, and sheer perseverance, she successfully documented over 2,000 items — piece by piece.

I know it wasn’t easy. I know she wanted to quit more than once. I would have understood. But she didn’t. Her diligence, strength, and compassion gave our family peace during one of the hardest seasons of our lives.

We appreciate Chanin — and all things ordered.

Walking through that season affirmed something I had always sensed, but had never been able to name before: that order has the power to bring peace, especially in moments when life feels most fragile.

Where My Work Comes From

My experience as a homeschool mother taught me that structure matters — but so does presence. Some of the most meaningful moments in our home didn’t happen in color-coded plans or tightly scheduled routines. They came when I slowed down, made space, and allowed order to serve life, not control it.

That truth shapes the way I work today:

Order is not the goal — peace is.
And peace comes when what matters most has room to breathe.

This is the posture I bring into every home - a slow, attentive presence, centered on what matters most to you.

How I Work

When I enter your home, I am not there to judge, correct, or rush.
I am there to listen — to understand your rhythms, your challenges, your hopes for the space.

My organizing style is:

  • Practical — your space must work on its busiest day, not just its best day.

  • Sustainable — systems are designed for real life, not magazine life.

  • Grounded in care — your home is personal, and I honor that.

Together, we’ll create spaces that feel:

  • Calmer

  • Easier to maintain

  • Supportive of the life you’re building

Not just tidy — livable.

If You're Feeling Overwhelmed

You are not behind.
You are not failing.
Your home is simply asking for support — and you don’t have to navigate that alone.
